Changes...
Alexander Mcqueen/THE SKULL....
Hope you also agree with the changes Alexander Mcqueen brought about.
I chose him because he brought about a lot of changes in the fashion industry that others failed to bring. Examples- Bumster, Skull print, Tailoring,Theatrical fashion and Silhouettes.

Mind Mapping
The above picture depicts my strategy in the form of "Mind Mapping". It includes all sorts of things like- styles, themes, looks, composition, techniques, signature, tools, designs, illustrations and all sorts of things...When I expand this in my next post, I hope you get an idea about my topic. Hope you like this post of mine
Fashion Illustrations...
Very few of these drawings, whether from his student days or from his professional career, have been published or researched before. Therefore, they offer a rare glimpse into McQueen's design process.
Acting both as private musings and as tools of communication within the studio, the drawings performed a number of functions.
They indicated McQueen's initial thoughts; facilitated conversations between members of the design team; and, at the outset, established the tone, atmosphere and creative direction of a particular collection.
He just knew what all to design as, that was the way of expressing his feelings and emotions. He had also inspired a number of people by his illustrations and by converting them into the real designs that the audience would buy, that would even be a better feeling!!!

5 W's and 1 H
WHO?
Lee Alexander Mcqueen was a British Fashion Designer and Coturier. He was known for having worked as chief designer at Givenchy and for founding his own Alexander Mcqueen label. One of the Fashion legends in this industry, until his death in 2011.
WHAT?
His signature designs have a motif of a "skull", in his shoes, scarfs, accessories, etc. Alexander Mcqueen is also the best fashion illustrator in the whole world. The way he makes his brush move in particular ways and how they become garments for his various collections is...................MAGIC!
WHEN?
He discovered this talent when he was designing a dress for his sister and fell in love with the sewing machine. Ever since he's been designing and stitching clothes. At a young age he left school and joined Savile Row tailors and later on did theatrical costumes.
WHERE?
As he was a school drop out and worked with Savile Row tailors, he later on applied to Central Saint Martins for a M. A. in Fashion Design. His stores were global, in New York, Milan, London, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
WHY?
Mcqueen was always a very shy person and curious on what to do with his life and designing clothes was a way of expressing his feelings. This is the "why" to the answer of your question. He just loved making illustrations and making models look beautiful.
HOW?
He described his work as eccentric and electric. He was also influenced by a multitude- homeless to the rich, vulgar to the common etc. He also learnt that the transformation of an entire collection could take place overnight at Givenchy.
